My order is late or shows delivered but I have not received it
What to check first, and how to reach us with the order attached.

Delivery dates are estimates. Festivals, weather and local restrictions can add a day or two, and we e-mail you if an order is delayed.
If the order is late
- Check the timeline on the order page for the latest courier update.
- Our courier partner makes up to three delivery attempts; make sure your phone is reachable.
- If the expected date passed more than two days ago, raise a support request from Account → Support and pick the order — we will chase the courier.
If it shows delivered but you do not have it
Check with family, neighbours or your building security first. If it is still missing, raise a support request within 48 hours so we can open an investigation with the courier.
